About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Hotel Revenue Manager to lead our revenue management strategy, drive process improvements, and optimize performance across our diverse hotel portfolio.

  • Lead multi-property revenue management initiatives to boost topline growth.
  • Analyze market trends, demand patterns, and competitor pricing to design data-driven revenue strategies.
  • Optimize channel distribution, including OTAs, CRS, GDS, and brand.com, to achieve the optimal business mix.
  • Develop accurate forecasts, budgets, and performance dashboards for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with general managers, operations, and marketing teams to align revenue and commercial objectives.
  • Support pre-opening hotels with strategic positioning, pricing models, and launch planning.
  • Establish scalable frameworks, SOPs, and playbooks for revenue and asset management excellence.
  • Mentor property-level executives to enhance internal commercial capabilities.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 8-10 years' experience in hotel revenue management, preferably with multi-property exposure.
  • A proven track record of improving RGI, RevPAR, and occupancy across varied property formats.
  • In-depth knowledge of OTAs, distribution, RMS, PMS, and digital revenue tools.
  • Strong analytical skills to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • The ability to influence cross-functional teams and property GMs.
  • Comfort working in both entrepreneurial white-label models and structured asset management environments.
