Key Accountabilities:

  • Drive profitable growth across the region through financial leadership and strategic partnerships with key stakeholders.
  • Ensure optimal pricing for complex deals, maintaining compliance and margin safeguards while maximizing revenue.
  • Own the end-to-end profit and loss (P&L) for assigned business units, reviewing financial performance monthly to inform strategic decisions.
  • Lead the annual budgeting cycle and monthly forecasting exercises, incorporating revenue, costs, foreign exchange rates, and regional dynamics to optimize financial outcomes.
  • Deliver actionable insights and variance analyses on a monthly basis to improve margins and cash flow.
  • Support strategic planning and investment decisions with robust financial analysis and recommendations.
  • Maintain repositories of deal pricing and cost sheets, tracking win-loss ratios to inform decision-making.
  • Monitor operational expenses, enforce budget controls, and ensure adherence to financial discipline across units.
  • Track market and competitor movements in EMEA, identifying financial levers to enhance positioning.
  • Drive organizational-wide initiatives related to finance transformation, automation, and reporting efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Strong expertise in financial management, pricing strategy, and advanced financial modeling.
  • Deep understanding of IT/technology services business models, including managed services and outsourcing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial systems, and reporting tools.
  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory.
  • 8–12 years of progressive experience in business finance roles within medium/large IT/software/services organizations, with proven exposure to Global markets.
  • Experience managing multi-geo P&L ownership and leading finance teams.
