Job Title: Group Finance Director

Overview:

The Group Finance Director is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing the financial operations across group entities and global business units. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the company's financial strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and capital allocation.
  • Ensure accurate and timely consolidated financial reporting in compliance with IFRS/GAAP.
  • Oversee tax planning, regulatory compliance, and risk management frameworks.
  • Provide financial insights to support M&A, partnerships, and investment decisions.

About the Role:

  • Collaborate with the CEO and Board of Directors on long-term growth strategies.
  • Manage relationships with auditors, investors, financial institutions, and key stakeholders.
  • Implement strong internal controls, policies, and governance frameworks.
  • Monitor and optimize cash flow, working capital, and return on investment (ROI).

Requirements:

  • Advanced finance degree (CA / CPA / CMA / MBA) or equivalent qualification.
  • 12–15 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record in corporate finance, international accounting, and strategic financial planning.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP, taxation, compliance, and risk management.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in IT Consulting, Technology, or Professional Services industry.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, global, and dynamic environment.
