About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Strategist to lead our performance marketing initiatives. This role will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing paid marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across various digital channels.
  • Lead the creation and management of paid campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize bids, targeting, creatives, and messaging.
  • Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and overall campaign performance.
  • Build and manage a portfolio of marketing projects, tracking progress against goals and optimizing for cost-efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new advertising technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
  • Drive growth initiatives through retargeting, CRM-based campaigns, and advanced segmentation strategies.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or similar roles with a proven track record of driving measurable results.
  • In-depth knowledge of performance marketing channels, including search (Google, Meta and other channels).
  • B2B SaaS marketing experience is mandatory, with a proven track record of executing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns in a B2B environment.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team.
