Project Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of various projects from inception to completion. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring projects align with business objectives, adhere to timelines, and stay within scope.

The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively manage stakeholders and navigate complex project landscapes. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the project planning process, defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables;
  • Developing detailed project schedules, monitoring progress, and ensuring milestones are achieved;
  • Communicating effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to manage expectations and dependencies;
  • Identifying, analyzing, and mitigating risks to minimize project impact and ensure smooth execution;
  • Efficiently managing project resources, timelines, and budgets;
  • Preparing regular project status reports and communicating updates to stakeholders;

A minimum of 6+ years of experience as a Project Manager in IT or related domains is required. Relevant certifications such as PMP or Agile Master Certification are a plus.

Masters degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Strong understanding of project management principles, tools, and methodologies (e.g., JIRA, Trello, MS Project, Asana) is essential. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills are required, along with strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with technical and non-technical teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
