Job Description: Executive Assistant to Senior Executive

Position: Executive Assistant

Location: Bhopal

Experience: 02 Years (Freshers can also apply)

Qualification: Graduate (Any stream)

Gender: Only for Female Candidate

Reporting To: Senior Executive (Female)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Senior Executive.
  • Manage daily schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Draft, type, and manage emails, letters, and official documents.
  • Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and presentations.
  • Maintain records, files, and databases in an organized manner.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi).
  • Strong typing speed and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
