Office Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and responsible individual to join our team. The responsibilities will include assisting with various tasks to ensure smooth operations within the office environment. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and able to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
- Assist in the organization and cleanliness of office spaces.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Assist with receiving and delivering mail, packages, and other deliveries.
- Run errands for office staff, including banking tasks, purchasing supplies, and making deliveries.
- Handle basic administrative tasks such as answering phones, taking messages, and directing calls to the appropriate person.
- Assist with other ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills is a plus.
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record (if required for running errands).
