Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Office Assistant, located in Bhopal. The Front Office Assistant will be responsible for welcoming guests and managing front desk operations, including handling reservations, responding to inquiries, and providing excellent customer service. The role also entails managing administrative tasks, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth communication within the team and with clients.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal skills and professional phone etiquette
  • Proficiency in appointment scheduling and calendar management
  • Experience with administrative assistance and clerical tasks
  • Ability to deliver high-quality customer service and ensure client satisfaction
  • Proficiency in using office software and communication tools
  • A positive attitude, attention to detail, and organizational skills
  • Prior experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in hospitality are a plus
