We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Front Office - Guest Service Associate to join our team at Pride Hotel. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong background in guest service.
Roles and Responsibility
- Manage front office operations, ensuring seamless guest check-in and check-out processes.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guests' queries and resolving issues promptly.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient room preparation and issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, transactions, and preferences.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the front office team to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and meet business objectives.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in front office operations, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Knowledge of front office software and systems, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Strong attention to detail, maintaining accuracy and quality in all aspects of work.
