Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Front Desk Staff position at Giovanni Village Resort & Spa, located in Bhopal. Responsibilities for this role include welcoming guests, handling check-in and check-out processes, answering and directing calls, assisting with reservations, and providing excellent customer service. The role also requires effectively addressing guest inquiries and ensuring a seamless and pleasant experience for all visitors.

Qualifications

  • Strong Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties, including managing calls and front desk operations
  • Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills to address guest inquiries and ensure satisfaction
  • Proficiency in Computer Literacy, including familiarity with reservation systems and office software
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and provide professional guest interactions
  • Previous experience in hospitality or front desk roles is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in hospitality or related fields are advantageous
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is preferred
