Job Overview

The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in compensation and benefits administration, with experience designing and developing comprehensive total rewards programs.

This position is responsible for ensuring that the company's operational compensation and benefits strategies are aligned with business objectives, competitive within the market, and compliant with legal requirements.

The successful candidate will be able to analyze data and make informed decisions to optimize benefit offerings and maintain cost efficiency.

  • Ensure alignment of compensation and benefits strategies with business objectives
  • Design and administer employee benefits programs, including health, retirement, wellness, and other voluntary benefits
  • Continuously review and optimize benefit offerings to maintain cost efficiency and employee satisfaction
  • Develop and implement employee recognition programs to reward high-performing employees and teams
  • Review and approve base pay, skills allowance, and incentive models
  • Provide input to pricing on salary ranges and ensure compliance on actuals
  • Partner with legal and compliance teams to mitigate risks associated with compensation and benefits programs
  • Do market analysis and benchmarking to ensure total rewards packages are competitive and aligned with industry standards
  • Design, implement, and manage compensation programs, including base salary, bonuses, and long-term incentives
  • Prepare reports for senior leadership on the effectiveness and competitiveness of total rewards programs

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in compensation and benefits administration
  • 8+ years of management experience
  • Experience with BPO industry
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Adept at handling multiple competing priorities and duties in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent leadership and mentoring skills
