Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Total Rewards team in India.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and consulting on reward programs.
  • They will work closely with global and local leaders across domains to ensure competitive market positioning while maintaining fair and equitable practices.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Total Rewards team in India and drive strategic direction and execution.
  • Design, implement, and consult on reward programs to ensure competitiveness and fairness.
  • Work collaboratively with global and local leaders to achieve business objectives.
  • Research, analyze, and evaluate compensation and benefits practices to inform decision-making.
  • Benchmark compensation and recommend changes to ensure fairness and equity.
  • Design and conduct training sessions on compensation topics to enhance employee knowledge and skills.
  • Mentor and develop the local Rewards team to ensure success.
  • Transform processes through automation or streamlining to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the Global Rewards team on initiatives and budgeting to achieve business goals.
  • Drive and support compensation review processes and communication to ensure transparency and fairness.
  • Establish and support job leveling, benchmarking, and manager education to ensure accurate compensation and benefits.
Requirements
  • A graduate degree in HR, Finance, or a related field is required.
  • 15+ years of work experience, with 10+ years in Compensation and Benefits is required.
  • Extensive experience in salary surveys, comp reviews, and benefits management is essential.
  • Proactive, fast learner, and flexible approach is required.
  • Strong consultation and coaching skills across all employee levels is necessary.
  • Excellent analytical and strategic problem-solving skills is essential.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and think strategically is required.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills is necessary.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and HR tools like Workday, HRMS is required.
