Senior Manager Total Rewards

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to join our team. This is a key leadership role that will oversee the development and implementation of our total rewards strategy.

Job Description:

The Senior Manager will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing global rewards solutions for all businesses. They will ensure the competitiveness of our reward programmes and design a reward philosophy that aligns with our business needs. They will also undertake benefits and best practices in rewards benchmarking in India and other countries like US, Canada, UK, and European Markets.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits
  • Experience in job analysis/evaluation, market benchmarking, C&B policies, year-end annual review cycle etc.
  • Exposure to managing senior level compensation (possibly with some understanding of stock option plans), regulatory issues etc.
  • Exposure to comp interventions like retention, guarantees, buy back etc. is desirable but not essential.
  • Experience in Global Mobility & Compensation preferred

They will also be responsible for proposing and executing change with respect to C&B policies and guidelines.
