Total Rewards Leader

We are seeking an experienced professional to drive a global compensation and benefits strategy, overseeing annual merit increment cycles, benchmarking, and recommending structure adjustments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Total Rewards Strategy: Design and execute a comprehensive total rewards approach covering compensation, benefits, incentives, and recognition.
  • Merit Increment Cycles: Oversee annual merit increment cycles ensuring performance outcomes translate into fair salary adjustments.
  • Benchmarking and Structure Adjustments: Conduct benchmarking and recommend structure adjustments to maintain fairness and competitiveness in compensation.
  • Global Grading System: Maintain a consistent global grading system ensuring equity and transparency in compensation.
  • Cross-Cultural Expertise: Provide expert guidance on local practices regulations cultural requirements.
  • MIS and HR Dashboards: Manage MIS and HR dashboards to track compensation metrics employee costs productivity and retention.
  • Annual Cost Budgeting: Oversee annual cost budgeting headcount control and productivity initiatives.
  • HRMS Tools: Ensure effective use of HRMS tools for compensation planning and data accuracy.
  • Incentive Programs: Manage global short-term and long-term incentive programs including bonus cycles sales incentives and stock/equity awards.
