Total Rewards Director

Job Title:
Total Rewards DirectorThis is a high-level executive role that oversees the development and implementation of compensation and benefits strategies across the organization.
- Ensure alignment between business objectives, operational goals, and total rewards programs to drive employee engagement and retention.
- Develop and administer employee benefits programs, including health, retirement, wellness, and other voluntary benefits, to support employee well-being and productivity.
- Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to ensure total rewards packages are competitive and aligned with industry standards.
- Design, implement, and manage compensation programs, including base salary, bonuses, and long-term incentives for team members.
- Prepare reports for senior leadership on the effectiveness and competitiveness of total rewards programs.
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in compensation and benefits administration, including experience designing and developing compensation programs from ground up. They will also possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills, proven ability to communicate effectively and influence all levels of staff, and excellent leadership and mentoring skills.
