Job Summary:
The Manager of Total Rewards oversees the performance and compensation responsibilities for multiple countries within India and 40 emerging markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement total rewards strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Manage employee compensation, benefits, and recognition programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Analyze data to inform strategic decisions and drive business results.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in total rewards or a related field.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful total rewards strategies.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
