
Guest Relations Ambassador

- This role is responsible for ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for our guests.
We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Relations Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proactive in anticipating guest needs and possess a strong attention to detail.
In this role, you will:
- Review Arrival Lists: Review arrival lists to welcome guests and ensure a smooth check-in process.
- Attend to Special Guests: Attend to special guests (e.g. VIPs) and answer their inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Prepare Welcome Folders: Help prepare welcome folders with collateral (e.g. area descriptions) to enhance the guest experience.
- Provide Information: Provide information about amenities, areas, and venues, and promote services to guests.
- Anticipate Guest Needs: Anticipate guest needs and build rapport with customers to ensure their stay is enjoyable and memorable.
- Offer Assistance: Offer assistance with certain tasks (e.g. confirming travel arrangements, taking messages) to support guests.
- Address Customer Complaints: Address customer complaints and escalate to the Guest Relations Manager when needed.
- Record Information: Record information in the logbook daily to maintain accurate records.
- Maintain Quality Standards: Ensure compliance with health and quality standards at all times.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with guests and colleagues.
- Proactive Attitude: Demonstrate a proactive attitude in anticipating guest needs and providing solutions.
- Attention to Detail: Possess a strong attention to detail to maintain accuracy and quality in all aspects of the job.
