**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Welcome guests warmly and assist with check-in/check-out processes.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest service delivery.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel offerings, local attractions, and services.
- Manage VIP guests and ensure special arrangements are in place.
- Follow up on guest feedback and ensure continuous improvement in service.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.
- Assist in preparing daily reports related to guest satisfaction and occupancy.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
