**Guest Engagement**:
**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and ensure seamless check-in and check-out processes.
- Assist with inquiries, reservations, and other guest needs during their stay.

**Personalized Service**:

- Anticipate guest requirements and provide tailored solutions to enhance their experience.
- Address and resolve guest concerns promptly, ensuring guest satisfaction.

**Property Representation**:

- Serve as an ambassador of the brand, maintaining a professional demeanor and grooming standards.
- Ensure the lobby and reception area reflect the luxury standards of the property.

**Communication and Coordination**:

- Liaise with other departments (housekeeping, concierge, F&B) to fulfill guest requests efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and preferences in the system.

**Promotions and Upselling**:

- Promote property facilities, services, and events to guests.
- Upsell rooms, dining, and other amenities to maximize guest experience and revenue.

**Requirements**:

- **Educational Qualification**: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years in a similar role in luxury hospitality (freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply).
- **Age Limit**: 22 to 35
- **Key Skills**:

- Exceptional verbal and written communication (English fluency is a must; knowledge of other languages is a plus). Hindi is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Professional grooming and presentation standards.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
