Cloud Portal Architect

About the Role:

As a seasoned Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant, you will design and implement tailored portals to meet business needs. Your expertise in customizing branding, layouts, and integrating with external systems will drive user engagement and enhance platform security.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Custom Portals: Utilize Lightning Web Components, Aura, and Apex to create bespoke portals that meet client requirements.
  • Enhance User Experience: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to customize branding, theming, templates, and layouts, ensuring seamless user interactions.
  • Integrate External Systems: Seamlessly integrate Experience Cloud with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other external systems via APIs.
  • Optimize Platform Security: Ensure robust platform security, scalability, and performance through proactive optimization strategies.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Partner with architects, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions and provide exceptional technical support.
  • Provide Technical Guidance: Offer expert guidance on Experience Cloud implementation, customization, and integration best practices.

Requirements:

  • 6+ Years of Salesforce Experience: A minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience with Experience Cloud.
  • Strong Proficiency: Proven expertise in Lightning Web Components, Aura, Apex, Flows, SOQL, and Process Builder.
  • Experience with Branding and Customization: Hands-on experience with portal management and customization.
  • Expertise in APIs and Integrations: Seamless integration with external systems and third-party connectivity.
  • Solid Understanding of Salesforce Security: Proficient in profiles, roles, and sharing rules.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Effective collaboration, issue resolution, and stakeholder management.
  • Immediate Availability: Ability to start immediately is essential.

  • Industry-Specific Knowledge: Familiarity with industry-specific products and technologies.
  • CI/CD Tools: Working knowledge of Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, or similar tools.
