Cloud Technology Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Technology Consultant to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in bridging the gap between business needs and technical implementation of cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management & Leadership: Lead complex projects throughout the entire IT lifecycle (Analysis, Architecture, Design, Build, Test & Production).
  • Analyze user stories and identify gaps in functional requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment and manage task assignments.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Ensure successful sprint show-and-tells.
  • Business Analysis & Solution Design: Engage directly with clients to understand their business processes and requirements.
  • Translate business needs into a clear and comprehensive functional design for cloud solutions.
  • Document business requirements and maintain traceability matrices.
  • Configure and customize cloud applications.
  • Client Engagement & Training: Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare end-user training materials and lead workshops.
  • Participate in pre-sales activities, including reviewing RFPs and preparing solution proposals.
  • Continuous Improvement & Best Practices: Contribute to best practices and guidelines for cloud solution architecture.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud products and solutions.
Requirements:
  • 6-8 years of total professional experience, with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on cloud technology experience.
  • Proven experience in large-scale, end-to-end project implementations.
  • Must have delivered at least 5 full cloud projects for different clients.
  • Solid understanding of cloud technologies, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud customization and configuration, including Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, and Lightning Components.
  • Proficiency in customizing page layouts, setting up approval processes, and configuring security rules.
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps principles.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Proactive and collaborative team player.
  • Salesforce Certification(s) are a must.

  • Knowledge of other enterprise solutions like Einstein Analytics and Mulesoft.
  • Industry knowledge in sectors like Financial Services and Health.
