Cloud Solution Expert Wanted

Job Description

As a seasoned Cloud Solution expert, you will be responsible for providing end-to-end support to various teams within the organization.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing administrative tasks on the Salesforce platform.
  • Developing and implementing solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, and other relevant technologies.
  • Managing and maintaining DocuSign templates and workflows within Salesforce.
  • Assisting with Pardot campaigns, automation rules, and lead management.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions.

Requirements

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional with the following qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Admin (Salesforce certification preferred).
  • Basic understanding of Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, Flows).
  • Hands-on experience with DocuSign integration in Salesforce.
  • Working knowledge of Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement).
  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and accountable for independent work.

Availability to work non-traditional hours is required.
