Job Title: Salesforce Data Cloud Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional with a proven track record in designing and implementing unified customer data solutions using Salesforce Data Cloud.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, configure, and implement scalable Salesforce Data Cloud solutions including data streams for ingestion, data model objects, identity resolution, and calculated insights.
  • Develop and optimize data models, schema designs, and relationships within Salesforce Data Cloud to support business use cases.
  • Integrate Data Cloud with other Salesforce products such as Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into data models and architecture.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 5–9 years of Salesforce ecosystem experience with at least 2+ years in Salesforce Data Cloud/CDP.
  • Strong expertise in data modeling, schema design, entity relationships, and normalization/denormalization techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with Data Streams, DMOs, Identity Resolution, Calculated Insights.
  • Proficiency in SQL, data transformation, and performance optimization.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

This role will involve providing technical leadership in data modeling, ensuring scalability and performance, and documenting solutions for stakeholders.
