Marketing Cloud Developer Position

The organization seeks a seasoned and skilled Marketing Cloud Developer to lead the development and maintenance of robust marketing solutions on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform.

  • Design, develop, and implement sophisticated marketing automation processes utilizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities, including email marketing, push messages such as SMS/Whatsapp, journey builder, automation workflows, and personalized content.
  • Configure and customize Salesforce Marketing Cloud settings to meet business requirements, encompassing data extension creation, dynamic content implementation, and subscriber list management.
  • Develop and maintain intricate SQL queries and data-driven automation procedures for manipulating and transforming data within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other systems like CRM platforms or external data sources via APIs and custom integration methods.
  • Construct AMP Scripts while creating Email templates and utilizing data from data extensions.
  • Develop and Validate HTML and CSS.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot marketing automation processes to ensure data integrity, campaign deliverability, and optimal system performance.
  • Conduct thorough quality assurance testing to verify the accuracy and functionality of marketing automation campaigns and journeys.
  • Create Reports and Dashboards to measure key performance indicators (KPIs) of campaigns.
  • Perform root cause analysis if KPIs are not achieved.
  • Experience in Advertising Studio, Datorama, Einstein Analytics is beneficial.
  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce Marketing Cloud features, enhancements, and industry best practices, and provide recommendations for system improvements and optimizations.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues and offer timely support to end users.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in implementing and supporting Salesforce Marketing Cloud. The position demands exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to marketing automation processes.
