Job Title: Salesforce Technical Lead

About the Role:
  • Maintain technical documentation, deployment plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Serve as the primary technical liaison between internal teams and external vendors.
  • Review vendor deliverables, enforce coding standards, and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture.
  • Facilitate joint solutioning workshops, sprint planning, and technical reviews.
  • Design integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and native connectors.
  • Evaluate platform scalability, data integrity, and performance optimization across all Salesforce clouds.

Oversee end-to-end Salesforce solutioning, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL, and Flow automation.
