Job Title: Experienced Salesforce Automation Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and accomplished Software Test Automation Engineer with 6+ years of experience in Salesforce, specifically in developing, implementing, and maintaining automated test scripts using Copado Robotic Testing (CRT) for Salesforce and integrated applications.

A successful candidate will have hands-on expertise in Selenium WebDriver for web application testing, as well as solid understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, including Commerce Cloud and Order Management Systems (OMS).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, implement, and maintain scalable and efficient automated test scripts in CRT for various Salesforce applications and integrations.
  • Create and manage reusable test components, test data sets, and libraries in CRT to support multiple testing initiatives.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain complex test flows using Selenium WebDriver scripts with Java or Python, focusing on coverage of low-code areas not addressed by CRT.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support Salesforce, Commerce Cloud, and OMS testing initiatives, providing solutions to achieve business objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1 full lifecycle implementation experience in a Salesforce environment.
  • At least 3 years of strong experience in software test automation with a focus on Salesforce, preferably using CRT version 3 or higher.
  • Strong experience in creating and managing scripts in QWords for reuse and modularity.
  • Proficiency in live testing, UI recording, and debugging test flows, ensuring high-quality and efficient test delivery.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills to drive testing excellence in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
