Job Opportunity:

As a Lead Technology Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the administration and execution of configuration management changes, ensuring that CMDB data is accurate and robust.

  • Develop and implement effective configuration management strategies to maintain the integrity and completeness of CMDB data.
  • Collaborate with IT ServiceNow System Administrators and process owners to ensure seamless integration and alignment of ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB/Asset processes.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and launch requirements related to IT infrastructure, IT service management, and configuration management.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and resolve data inconsistencies in CMDB to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Establish and maintain relationships between CIs to accurately reflect dependencies within the IT infrastructure.
  • Develop and implement data cleansing and deduplication strategies to improve CMDB data quality.
  • Manage the CMDB module to enhance data representation and accuracy.
  • Design and track key performance indicators for CMDB health and effectiveness.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong technical expertise in external data source integrations, ITOM discovery, OT Module, and SAM Module.
  • Experience with Servicenow CMDB | CSDM, Discovery & Service Mapping.
  • Deep understanding of IT infrastructure and components (servers, networks, applications).
  • ITIL certification and strong experience of ITIL processes.
