Job Title: Configure Price Quote Professional

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our global team. The successful candidate will work closely with sales, contracts, order management, finance and IT teams to implement and optimize our configure, price, quote solution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with sales, contracts, order management and finance to understand current and future processes.
  • Collaborate with IT architects to design scalable CPQ solutions.
  • Document quote-to-cash workflows and system architecture.
  • Configure and manage CPQ components: product/pricing rules, approvals, templates, digital signatures, workflows, UI changes.
  • Coordinate IT and UAT testing efforts.
  • Maintain system documentation and operating instructions.
  • Ensure solutions align with business requirements and compliance standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 10+ years in systems analysis and implementation (ERP/CRM/Quote-to-Cash).
  • 5+ years working with sales teams on CRM/CPQ projects.
  • Hands-on experience with Apttus CPQ (Product, Pricing, Approvals).
  • Advanced Salesforce administration (Profiles, Workflows, Process Builder).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce development (APEX, Visualforce, Lightning).
  • Salesforce and CPQ certifications are a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication, documentation and organizational skills.
