
Salesforce Business Process Lead

The ideal candidate will have deep Salesforce CPQ expertise, hands-on functional skills, and strong business acumen to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
This role requires a strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash and Opportunity-to-Invoice processes, including Service Contracts and Entitlements. The successful candidate will be able to gather requirements, write user stories, functional specs, acceptance criteria, process flows, and use cases.
Key responsibilities include configuring Salesforce CPQ for products, bundles (nested/standalone), rules, attributes, guided selling, pricing & discounting, implementing Advanced Approvals (quote/quote line, smart approvals), and partnering with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable CPQ solutions.
Must-Have Skills & Experience:- 8–10 years of overall IT experience with at least 5+ years in Salesforce CPQ.
- Proven hands-on Salesforce CPQ implementation experience (certification preferred).
- Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash and Opportunity-to-Invoice processes.
- Functional expertise in product/bundle setup, rules, guided selling, pricing, discounting, approvals.
- Experience in Service Contracts and Entitlement management.
- Proficiency in SQL/SOQL queries for data analysis and troubleshooting.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
