  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver integration solutions between systems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and business analysts to define configuration strategies.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance on system management and performance tuning.
  • Troubleshoot configuration and integration issues to minimize downtime.
  • Support testing cycles by creating test cases, validating results, and ensuring issue resolution.
  • Prepare technical documentation, configuration manuals, and integration guidelines.
  • Train and mentor junior team members.
