Job Description

As a CMDB Specialist, you will lead the design and development of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) within the ServiceNow platform.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure CMDB solutions meet business needs. They will implement and enforce CMDB data standards, policies, and procedures to ensure data integrity and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:
