Job Title: Workday Functional ConsultantAbout This Role:

We are seeking a skilled professional to serve as a Workday Functional Consultant. As a consultant, you will be responsible for strategic planning and prioritization of work, assisting lead personnel in all phases of the delivery lifecycle, and collaborating with cross-functional project teams.

  • Develop complex configurations for clients and lead data transformation and perform EIB Data loads.
  • Provide go-live assistance and ongoing support.
  • Lead and involve in data conversion activities pertaining to Absence/Time Tracking/Benefits/HCM/Compensation/Recruiting/Talent and Performance/Payroll.
  • Coordinate with lead personnel for project delivery and communicate effectively with mid and senior-level management.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent technical and functional skills across functional areas required for developing and delivering complex solutions. They will also have thorough knowledge of Absence/Time Tracking/Benefits/HCM/Compensation/Recruiting/Talent and Performance/Payroll configuration build and migration concepts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Requirements gathering, definition, and investigation of business/technical requirements.
  • Designing Workday solutions to meet client needs.
  • Conducting sessions with client personnel to verify required aspects of concerned modules.
  • Configuring Workday based on filled workbooks and performing self-reviews and smoke testing.
  • Application testing, production support, and migration activities.
  • Developing and managing communication plans with stakeholders aimed at improved collaboration.
Eligibility Criteria:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Workday and overall 12 years' experience is minimum.
