Workday Time Tracking Consultant

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Workday Time Tracking Module Specialist to play a key role in the implementation, configuration, and support of Workday Time Tracking solutions. As a specialist, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, organize, and govern the setup of time tracking processes.

  • Conduct workshops to identify, analyze, and specify time tracking requirements, working closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of time tracking processes.
  • Draft functional specifications and configure the Workday Time Tracking module, leveraging your technical expertise to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Monitor and follow up on the progress of configurations, ensuring alignment with business needs and delivering timely results.
  • Define and execute testing scenarios to validate time tracking solutions, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Support deployment and provide user assistance during the transition to Workday Time Tracking, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Deliver training sessions to users and contribute to change management initiatives, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations and processes, providing valuable insights and knowledge to stakeholders.

We are looking for a motivated and experienced professional with a strong understanding of HR processes, particularly in time tracking, attendance policies, and compliance. You should have hands-on experience in configuring and supporting the Workday Time Tracking module, as well as system configuration, testing, and user training within Workday.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Workday Time Tracking projects, including implementation, support, or migration.
  • Hands-on experience in configuring and supporting the Workday Time Tracking module.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in diverse and dynamic environments.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
