Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Workday consultant to join our team as a functional Workday Time and Absence specialist.

About the Role

The successful candidate will support global implementations and/or transformation projects within Workday Time and Absence, providing expert guidance on time tracking and leave policies to ensure compliance with global regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support global implementations and/or transformation projects within Workday Time and Absence
  2. Provide expert guidance on time tracking and leave policies, ensuring compliance with global regulations
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver solutions that meet their expectations
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest Workday features and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve processes and workflows

Requirements:

  • Workday Certification in Time Tracking and Absence Management (current)
  • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on Workday functional experience
  • Proven track record supporting at least 2 global Workday implementations or transformation projects focused on Time and Absence
  • Strong understanding of global compliance requirements related to time tracking and leave policies
  • Experience working in large enterprise environments with complex organizational structures
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Additional certifications or training in related areas, such as HR or payroll
  • Experience with other HR systems or technologies
  • Knowledge of relevant industry standards and best practices
