Job Description:

The Customer Experience Specialist will be responsible for ensuring a positive customer journey through proactive communication, issue resolution, and continuous feedback collection via multiple channels. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance overall customer satisfaction and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer calls, emails, and chat inquiries efficiently
  • Resolving issues and concerns in a timely manner while providing personalized solutions
  • Analyze customer feedback and implement actionable insights to improve the customer experience
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on customer interactions and feedback
  • Collaborate with logistics and order management teams to ensure seamless delivery and post-sales support
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and retention

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving and interpersonal communication
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues effectively
  • Ability to collect, analyze, and act on customer feedback
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to grasp logistics and order management concepts
  • Attention to detail and ability to work well in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or logistics role
  • Strong fluency in English language
