Job Description:The Customer Experience Specialist will be responsible for ensuring a positive customer journey through proactive communication, issue resolution, and continuous feedback collection via multiple channels. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance overall customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls, emails, and chat inquiries efficiently
- Resolving issues and concerns in a timely manner while providing personalized solutions
- Analyze customer feedback and implement actionable insights to improve the customer experience
- Maintain accurate records and reports on customer interactions and feedback
- Collaborate with logistics and order management teams to ensure seamless delivery and post-sales support
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and retention
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving and interpersonal communication
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues effectively
- Ability to collect, analyze, and act on customer feedback
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to grasp logistics and order management concepts
- Attention to detail and ability to work well in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service or logistics role
- Strong fluency in English language
