Job Title: Client Services Specialist

You will play a pivotal role in the Client Service Operations team, ensuring the seamless execution and management of ongoing projects.

Supporting Account Managers and effectively communicating with clients will be essential to our success. Proficiency in both Japanese and English is required to handle client interactions and internal communications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage ongoing projects to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction.\
  • Communicate with clients in Japanese, translating and updating internal teams in English for seamless communication.\
  • Build strong client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored service options.\
  • Prepare service quotations and manage timely invoice submissions according to contracts.\
  • Mitigate risks and miscommunications by accurately understanding and conveying customer expectations to the team.\
  • Identify and implement improvements in services, processes, and systems.\

Qualifications:

  • N1/N2 level Japanese certification, reflecting advanced language proficiency.\
  • 1-2 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in sales or client services; experience in Life Sciences is a plus.\
  • Advanced skills in MS Office, especially in Word and Excel.\
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities, ensuring clear and efficient client interactions.\
  • Proven adaptability to changing business needs, maintaining effectiveness in dynamic environments.\
