Job Title: Client Support Specialist

Description:

  • We are seeking a skilled client support specialist to provide exceptional service and support to students and parents throughout their educational journey.
    • This role involves addressing concerns and refund requests with empathy, accuracy, and efficiency, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for all stakeholders.
      • The ideal candidate will manage escalations across multiple channels, including chat, call, and email, to maintain a positive parent and student experience.
        • A key responsibility of this role is mentoring students to ensure effective app usage and maximize learning outcomes.
          • The selected candidate will collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to resolve customer issues within stipulated timelines, demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills.
            • This position requires the ability to take ownership of all customer-facing ad hoc requirements from internal teams, ensuring swift and effective execution.

Requirements:

  • Candidates with a minimum of one year of experience in customer experience or support roles.
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this role.
      • The ideal candidate will be empathetic, solution-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
        • Key skills include the ability to manage multiple channels (chat, email, calls) and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
          • A genuine passion for education and a desire to help students succeed are crucial for this position.

Location:

HSR Layout, Bangalore

Work schedule: 6 days a week, with rotational weekends off
