We're looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Account Management - Client Servicing to join our team. This role demands someone who can be the perfect liaison between clients and the creative & strategy teams, ensuring campaigns are executed smoothly and deliver strong results. You will be responsible for building relationships, managing day-to-day communication, and driving business growth through seamless project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact between the agency and assigned clients.
  • Understand client goals, brand guidelines, and campaign requirements to effectively brief internal teams.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (creative, strategy, media, digital, production) to ensure timely and quality execution of campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by consistently delivering exceptional service.
  • Create project timelines, budgets, and status reports; ensure they are communicated and adhered to.
  • Participate in ideation, brainstorming sessions, and strategic planning for client pitches and campaigns.
  • Ensure all client feedback is communicated effectively and changes are implemented as required.
  • Track performance metrics and prepare reports for campaign evaluations and insights.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to existing clients.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-4 years of relevant experience in client servicing/account management within an advertising or creative agency.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines with strong attention to detail.
  • A solution-driven mindset with a passion for client satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Basecamp) is a plus.
