About the Role:
The Client Engagement Manager is a key position responsible for fostering successful relationships between clients and our organization.
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead client engagement efforts, ensuring that client needs are met through strategic consulting, insights, and solutions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide expert consulting to clients, delivering data-driven insights to drive business growth
- Support Business Relationship Managers in developing strategies to meet client objectives
- Manage global projects across various therapeutic areas, focusing on market analysis, competitor insights, and identification of KOLs, pricing experts, and community leaders
- Supervise Local HCP targeting projects, presenting results of referral and prescription pattern analyses
- Assist in pitches, sales, and marketing efforts, including proposal preparation and participation in meetings
- Create project presentation materials, meeting agendas, minutes, and training materials
- Identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones, and tasks
- Collaborate with client teams to address business questions and develop strategies using our platform
- Liaise with internal support teams
- Prepare client deliverables in the form of presentations and reports, presenting them to client teams
- Develop and maintain project plans, launch plans, and client solution sites with support from our Technology team
- Ensure medical integrity and accuracy throughout all client projects
- Provide strategic support to medical, commercial, and regulatory teams using data-driven insights
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Masters Degree or equivalent experience
- 4-10 years of related experience in consulting or client services
- Proficiency in spreadsheet software (Excel), project management software, word processing software (Word), email software (Outlook), and presentation software (PowerPoint)
