Job Title: Client Relationship Manager
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, acting as a primary point of contact for their needs, inquiries, and concerns.
Key Responsibilities- Gather and analyze client briefs to comprehend their objectives, preferences, and expectations for advertising campaigns or projects.
- Liaise between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects while meeting client expectations and deadlines.
- Presentation of proposals and reports to clients highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
- Offer strategic advice and recommendations to clients based on market trends, consumer insights, and advertising best practices.
- Address client concerns, complaints, or conflicts promptly and professionally.
- Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging advertising trends to offer innovative solutions.
- Foster client loyalty through proactive engagement and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
- Maintain agency quality benchmarks and regulatory requirements in all advertising materials and campaigns.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in an advertising or marketing agency environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation skills.
- Proficient in MS Word/Excel and MS PowerPoint / Google Slides for drafting documents and building decks.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail, proactive, solution-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
