Travel Professional Opportunity

Our company seeks experienced travel professionals to act as liaisons between our organization and its current and potential clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for catering to clients' travel requirements, enhancing their experience, and acquiring a dedicated clientele through unparalleled customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage bookings for domestic and international flights & Rail.
  • Provide information on products and services including Visa, forex, Health Regulations/ Insurance.
  • Handle refunds and cancellations of Domestic/International air tickets.
  • Coordinate ticket issuance with deal codes or bonus miles.
  • Follow communication scripts when handling different topics.
  • Co-ordinate with the client, implant, and servicing team.
  • Assist with invoicing and recoveries.
  • Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Effective communication skills with active listening.
  • Excellent knowledge of computer reservations systems, GDS systems, and e-travelling.
  • Ability to interact, communicate, and negotiate effectively.
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
  • Sound knowledge of domestic and international travel trends.
  • Passionate interest in geography, strong domestic and international travel knowledge.
  • Ability to assimilate information and pay close attention to accuracy and detail.

Benefits:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience with a Travel Management Company required.
  • Graduate with Diploma in Travel & Tourism preferred.
