Relationship Manager

We are seeking a skilled Relationship Manager to join our organization. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with clients, addressing customer inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client relationships to drive business growth
  • Address customer inquiries and provide high-quality customer service
  • Facilitate communications between the company and its clients
  • Work closely with the finance team to support sales efforts and identify potential business opportunities
  • Perform day-to-day tasks including client communications, financial document reviews, customer service follow-ups, and sales strategy coordination
Requirements:
  • Strong skills in Business Relationship Management
  • Relevant experience in Finance and Sales
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Proven track record
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or a related field is a plus
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other related tools
