About the Opportunity

We are seeking a strategic leader to drive planning and performance in our People team. As Senior Manager, you will be responsible for owning and driving the planning and performance cycle.

  • Own the Zero-Based Budgeting (ZBB) process for BU India – policy, Data Analytics Group (DAG) adherence, ZBB reviews, and Yearly Planning (YP) management.
  • Lead the cycle of 3-Year Plan, 1-Year Plan, and other key planning cycles in the people team.
  • Design and manage manpower blueprint, organization structures, and people cost through Anaplan.
  • Provide deep analysis and recommendation of budget and blueprint breakdown by various cuts.
  • Use organizational design principles for optimizing structure design.
  • Work with the Performance Management Office (PMO) and Rewards Lead to set structure, processes, and tools to measure and improve performance of key KPIs of the people team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement Target Setting and Appraisal Process in the organization in sync with global process.
  • Define tools to record and manage performance of key processes and metrics in the people team.
  • Bring in best practices for continuous improvement.
  • Challenge Status Quo and drive mindset of high performance.

Requirements

  • MBA in any specialization from a tier 1 B-School.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Rewards/PMO/Manpower Planning or Special Projects.
