Strategic Planning and Operations Executive

A highly accomplished Strategic Planning and Operations Executive is required to spearhead strategic initiatives, drive operational excellence, and foster effective decision-making. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional support to senior leaders, ensuring seamless collaboration, prioritization, and follow-through on critical matters.

The successful candidate will possess a strong background in production workflows, supply chain management, and operational efficiency. Experience in a CEO/MD/COO Office or Business Excellence / Strategy Team of a large-scale organization is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support senior leaders in decision-making, prioritization, and follow-ups on critical matters.
  • Coordinate leadership meetings, reviews, and key action items to ensure smooth execution.
  • Facilitate effective communication and information flow between senior leaders and stakeholders.

Operational Coordination:
  • Align cross-functional workflows across production, supply chain, and technical teams to drive operational synergy.
  • Monitor project milestones, identify risks, and drive timely execution of initiatives.
  • Ensure seamless coordination between internal teams and external partners.

Reporting & Analytics:
  • Prepare analytical reports, presentations, and dashboards for senior leadership reviews.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs), operational performance, and progress of strategic projects.
  • Provide actionable insights on efficiency improvements, bottlenecks, and business opportunities.

Requirements:
  • 10-15 years of overall professional experience with strong exposure to production workflows, supply chain management, and operational efficiency.
  • PREFERRED experience in CEO/MD/COO Office or Business Excellence / Strategy Team of a large-scale organization.
  • BE in Chemical / Mechanical (preferred) or any engineering stream & MBA in Operations Management or Supply Chain Management from a reputable management institute.
