Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned strategic planning professional to join our team. The role involves supporting business strategy and operational plans, creating strategic materials for executive meetings, and providing industry insights.

Essential Functions

  • Support driving and steering the annual planning cycle and multi-year strategic planning in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Continuously monitor industry trends, analyse reports, and adopt best practices to inform strategic planning efforts.
  • Provide market insights, market landscape, competitors/customer analysis based on project requirements through research.
  • Offer data-driven strategic recommendations to leadership based on analysis, using data and domain knowledge to identify opportunities.
  • Drive preparation for executive meetings, such as monthly business reviews and operating reviews.
  • Prepare and present business cases, financial projections, and feasibility assessments for new initiatives.
  • Engage in business development projects by identifying potential targets and/or supporting due diligence processes.
  • Establish relationships with internal stakeholders to support business needs.
  • Formulate project plans, facilitate team meetings, foster collaboration, and ensure adherence to workflow processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • A master's/MBA degree is preferred.
  • 3-7 years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or a related field.
  • Exceptional project management skills with the capacity to manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
  • Proven communication and presentation skills with a focus on translating insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analysis skills with experience addressing complex business problems.
  • Advanced data analysis and visualization skills.
  • Prolific across multiple topics and managing changing priorities.
