Job Title: IT Strategic Planner

Overview: We are seeking a skilled IT Strategic Planner to facilitate alignment between business and IT, and across the democratized IT landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strategic plans that align with business objectives.
  • Engage stakeholders to build and maintain relationships.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and assess their impact on targeted business outcomes.
  • Analyze complex data to inform business decisions.
  • Presentation of insights to trigger long-term planning.
  • Support various operating models such as project-centric and product-centric.

Professional & Technical Skills:

We require a Master's or Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, electrical engineering, system analysis, or a related field of study, or equivalent experience. 12+ years of business experience in strategic and operations planning and/or business analysis or experience as an enterprise architecture consultant.

Additional Requirements:

Experience in Java development, Core Java, J2EE. Knowledge of various insurance domains such as Life, Health, Property & Casualty.
