Finance Professionals play a vital role in driving business growth. We are seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to support our financial planning and analysis efforts.

This position will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive month-end close processes, implement process improvements, and develop long-range plans, annual budgets, and monthly forecasts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with finance and business stakeholders to develop strategic plans and reports
  • Prepare and analyze financial data to inform business decisions
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial performance and efficiency

Success in this role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field, CA or MBA preferred, and 5+ years of experience in FP&A in a large US MNC.

Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP or large ERP systems is a must.
