Strategic Financial Planning Manager Role

The role of Strategic Financial Planning Manager is crucial in driving business outcomes through data-driven insights. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for assessing and improving the financial planning and analysis process to ensure efficient budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement EPM tools such as Anaplan, Tagetik, PBCS, OneStream, and PowerBI to streamline financial operations
  • Design and deliver management reports, analytics, and dashboarding solutions to support informed decision-making
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders in a global environment to drive business outcomes through effective communication and leadership skills
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve project objectives

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of progressive experience in finance and FP&A, preferably with a CA, CMA, ICWA, or MBA Finance degree
  • Experience in implementing financial transformation projects and working with EPM tools
  • OneStream Certified Associate certification is preferred but not required
