Job Title: Strategic Business Analyst

As a strategic business analyst, you will play a critical role in driving financial and operational performance through data-driven insights and analysis.

This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex information effectively to senior management.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, with a strong background in Microsoft Excel and advanced excel skills.

Key responsibilities will include preparing and managing data analytics on operational metrics, building and maintaining analytical models on key operating measures, and working closely with leadership teams to formulate medium to long-term financial and strategic plans.

The successful candidate will be able to multi-task, work independently, and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage data analytics on operational metrics
  • Build and maintain analytical models on key operating measures
  • Work closely with leadership teams to formulate medium to long-term financial and strategic plans
  • Collaborate with business unit heads to build annual budgets and forecasts
  • Develop and maintain regional performance reviews in close cooperation with the USA onshore finance team

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or MBA Finance
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
  • Advanced excel skills and knowledge of Randstad operations and systems is an asset
