**Job Title:** Strategic Retail Planner

We are seeking a skilled Strategic Retail Planner to join our team. As a key member of our planning department, you will be responsible for creating and implementing best-in-class planograms that meet the needs of our retail and wholesale partners.

Your primary focus will be on collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive category management and national retail sales initiatives. You will work closely with colleagues in Europe and Canada to ensure seamless execution of merchandise planning functions.

  1. As a single point of contact for categories and regions, you will master process and category knowledge to deliver exceptional results.
  2. You will partner with Category Managers/KAM's to build business context and foster effortless partnerships.
  3. Your key accountabilities include ensuring accurate and timely delivery of tasks related to planogram quality control, timeline management, data analysis, and knowledge sharing.

Additional responsibilities include managing end-to-end best-in-class planograms, displaying accountability when completing high-visibility requests, and scaling growth by identifying areas for continuous improvement.

Key Requirements
  • 5-8 years of experience in space planning using JDA/Spaceman/Hoffrogge tools, with a background in floor planning, retail, or FMCG experience.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Intermediate-level skills in Microsoft Office, with demonstrated intermediate Excel skills necessary.
  • Ability to solve problems, work collaboratively with multi-functional teams/stakeholders, and manage time effectively.

This role requires highly responsive and detail-oriented individuals who can work to service level agreements (SLAs) and tight deadlines while maintaining strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
